Pulls

LUVCHAINZZ Studio Pull Policy: 

Pickup and Delivery

• We work with last minute requests, custom requests, and may be able to deliver/ship depending on location.
• If we can't deliver or ship the item(s) to you, pickup is available in Torrance, CA. 
• You may also send an Uber Courier to pickup and return items. 

Special Requests

• We offer custom pieces that are made especially for and designed around your project.
• While we do not charge for pulls, custom pieces may require payment due to extra cost of materials; customs are available for rental (with charge) and purchase (for full price).
• If we have all materials for your custom request, there will be no extra charge.
• We also do complementary alterations (ex. length, style, design changes). 

Additional Information

• We do not have an in-person showroom.
• All items will be viewed online through photos and videos.
• We may be able to do an in-person showing at fittings or prior to the shoot date for larger/high profile projects.

For all pulls, we require that in all content we are tagged (@luvchainzz), and sent any photos an videos where our products are featured.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHOUT DAMAGES IN CONDITION THAT THEY WERE IN WHEN INITIALLY PULLED.
